Maple Dijon Chicken
Sweet, tangy, and utterly delicious, this Maple Dijon Chicken will be your new fall favorite. The slow-cooker brings out all the tender goodness of the chicken, while the maple and mustard sauce makes every bite pop with flavor.
Ingredients:
4-6 boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Make the Sauce
In a bowl, whisk together Dijon mustard, maple syrup, apple cider vinegar, garlic, salt, and pepper.Add to Crockpot
Place the chicken thighs in the crockpot and pour the sauce over the top.Cook
Cook on low for 6 hours or high for 4 hours until the chicken is tender and coated in the sauce.Serve
Serve with mashed potatoes or roasted veggies for a perfectly balanced meal.
