Slow Cooked Beef Bourguignon

1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
4 carrots, sliced
1 onion, chopped
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
4 cups beef broth
2 tbsp tomato paste
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 bay leaf

In a skillet, brown the beef on all sides, then transfer to the crockpot.Add Ingredients
Add carrots, onion, mushrooms, beef broth, tomato paste, garlic, bay leaf, salt, and pepper.Cook
Cook on low for 8-9 hours or high for 5-6 hours until the beef is tender.Serve
