8 slices deli turkey (thinly sliced)

4 large flour tortillas (or whole wheat tortillas)

1/2 cup leafy greens (e.g., spinach, lettuce, or arugula)
1/4 cup sliced avocado, cucumber, or tomatoes (optional)
Mustard or mayonnaise (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions:
Prepare the Tortillas: Lay out the tortillas on a clean, flat surface. If using cream cheese, spread about 1 tablespoon evenly over each tortilla.
Add the Turkey and Cheese: Place two slices of turkey on each tortilla, followed by one slice of cheese.
Add Greens and Veggies: Add a small handful of leafy greens on top of the turkey and cheese. If using, add slices of avocado, cucumber, or tomato for extra freshness and flavor.
