Slow Cooked Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients:
1 lb beef stew meat, cubed
1 onion, chopped
8 oz mushrooms, sliced
3 cups beef broth
2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/2 cup sour cream
Egg noodles or mashed potatoes, for serving
Instructions:
Brown the Beef
Brown the beef in a skillet for a few minutes, then transfer it to the crockpot.Add Ingredients
Add the onion, mushrooms, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard.Cook
Cook on low for 7-8 hours or high for 4-5 hours until the beef is tender.Finish with Sour Cream
Stir in the sour cream and cook for another 15 minutes until the sauce is creamy and smooth.Serve
